BADABOOM provides video meetings, recorded video messages (“Booms”) and AI assistance. AI outputs are generated content and may be imperfect; they are decision support, not decisions.
An account holder may send a Boom by text to a recipient whose mobile number they enter, and in doing so confirms they have that recipient’s permission to text them. These are one-to-one messages sent at the account holder’s request, not marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies — typically one message per Boom sent — and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
No unlawful use, no impersonation, no recording of people without the notice the service provides, and no sending Booms to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
