Account details you provide (name, email, organization), the video messages and meetings you create, and usage data. We do not sell personal data.
BADABOOM lets an account holder send a short personal video — a “Boom” — to someone by text. The sender enters the recipient’s mobile number and confirms they have that person’s permission to text them. We use that number only to deliver the message the sender asked us to send and to record whether the link was opened; we do not add it to any marketing list, and we delete it on request. Message frequency varies — typically one message per Boom sent — and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving these messages and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Recordings, transcripts and AI summaries are stored for your organization and shared only through links you create. Meeting participants are told when recording or AI assistance is active.
We retain data while your account is active or as required by law. To access, correct or delete your data, contact us through the form at bsquared.ai.
